this apparently is 2yrs old and has a red cross on the back – would that have meant it had been graded? i asked the customer whether it was graded when they rung up, they were :rolls: so i explain grading and they said there was a big dent on one side.
Weve gotta look at it this week, but just interested rly, cos when cust looked for model no on it there wasnt one – apparently it doesnt have ANY stickers on it at all… only the red cross on the back! 😯

The model number will still, as always, be printed on the control panel…..

yes, thats what i thought, but bless her, she could not find any numbers other than 1200 on it… theres only so much you can get a customer to do over the phone before they get agitated!
of more interest to me was if the coop had been supplying graded washing machines to the g/p ??
if so that would explain the ridiculous prices they had on some of their w/m in my local branch a couple of years ago. just i dont ever recall reading on the price label that they were graded…
