    Hi – I have just taken a delivery of a HOOVER WASHING MACHINE DXOC47C3 – I was assured their was a COLD WASH option on the machine – The dealer advised me that it had one – I cannot work out how to choose this option? Please help – I need this for my work – Kind Regards

    only if you can alter the temperature and set it to zero

    Your machine has variable temperature.

    Attached screenshot is of page 13 in the instruction manual.
