Hoover washing machine e3 and e16

Customer is complaining of the machine showing fault e3 (which is drain fault) and e16 (heating fault). However it is doing both ok. Before i head out is it a case of the insulation on the element being poor or am i looking at ordering a pcb?

Heater insulation a common fault on these giving exactly those symptoms.

had exactly this fault heater insulation 62 megs!!!!!!!!!! new heater cured it

Thanks guys, it was the element. Think it was reading 38megs
