Hoover washing machine no drum action after moving it??

Hi, I have just moved my Hoover se220 machine to my grans. We put it on the back of a trailer slightly tipped to one side (probably not a good plan) Once it was plumbed in we tested it, it fills and drains OK, but the drum does not turn at all. I can hear a noise that sounds like the motor so I assume that is OK, my dad says the belt looks like it is still in place? Any idea what it could be before we call someone out? ❓

More than likely a plug or lead has become disconnected with the drum bouncing around, you could check for that (with the power off :zap:)

Alternatively, you should find a UK Whitegoods repairer here Repairs@ if you get stuck 🙂
