hoover washing machine program fault

This hoover machine wont start on a 90 degree wash and sometimes not on a 60 degree. all other washes work fine. the customer owns a fish and chip shop so needs high temp washing. i have sent the selector and module to EMW, with no fault found. (they even reprogammed it just in case.if i select 90 wash i can here selector wind on for a few seconds but pressing start makes no difference.

Any ideas !!

I think, for what they cost, I’d replace the Motorised Selector Switch anyway as they can run up all kinds of odd errors. Also take a good look at the connection between it and the coreboard.

New selector still never solved it so we took the other advice and fired in the bin and sold them a new machine.
