Hoover WDM120

I have a hoover WDM120 which is not taking down conditioner on the rinse cycle. Water is entering condition compartment and the hole in clear if i pure water into the conditioner compartment it will flow into the machine leaving the conditioner compartment empty.
Should their be some type of seal around the water inlet within the soap drawer? (The thing shaped like a gun)
My water pressure is very low i was thinking this is the problem because the water doesn’t have enough power to course a suction.
Any idea what the problem could be?

if the valves are all ok and the top of the drawer is clear then yes its the pressure

You have loads of machines at your place Paul. Whirlpools, Indesits, Hotpoints, Kenwoods, Diplomats and Samsungs. Are you in the repair trade I wonder, if so why not apply for trade access?
