I have a Hoover WDM120 overfilling on rinse, changed the pressure switch, made no difference, pressure chamber and hose both clear. Is it the module? Seems to fill OK on wash.

I’d have a very close look at the pressure hose again , prone to chaffing and rubbing through leaving a very small hole and perhaps only loosing pressure when water level increases.

I always replace pressure tube with a thicker type. 2 metre lengths available from Homespare. Also worth changing the breather tube to the new type design.

If this is a single level with flood, the extra water for rinse will be added by timed fill. Pin hole in tube would cause overfill in wash, not just rinse.

You would think it would overfill always on wash as well. but i have had numerous calls where it only overfills when it gets to the rinse stages.

if i get one with a hole in it i just cut it and put in a blue butt connector to join up the two halves. i also keep some red pressure switch tube of old hoover logics its pretty indesructible.
