hoover wm dead

hi guys,
HF7150M
3100044303391531

switch machine on,door interlock activates,door locks,then nothing.

no burning or tracks blown on pcb or “mod” in bottom of machine.
pump,valves,on/off switch,wiring all seems ok,
any ideas?

I’ll email you a wiring diagram shortly but looking at it everything points to the main PCB, part number is 97923619 and at a little under £40 not too pricey 🙂

are you sure that door lock is ok worth a change just in case switch contact is not making but interlock is!

maybe,but looking at the wiring diagram the drain pump will still run if the
contacts are not made in the interlock,and the” door locked ” light on the front wouldn’t work if the interlock contacts were not made.

I’ve had one on a candy which had blown the 10k ❓ resister on the board caused by a short in the NTC

cheers,
sounds like a board replacement whatever the cause,customer doesn’t think he wants to pay more than £70 for repair,so it could be a no go.
