    Hi,
    I’ve just been left a message on the answer machine this morning from lady with a Hoover washing machine WMF147DF flashing an error code 4.
    Firstly i can’t find any hoover washing machine with this model number, but a Smeg one comes up with wmf147, but secondly does anybody know what an error 4 would be on a smeg. I don’t have much to do with smeg machines if this is the case.

    It’ll be either WMH OR GO Then there’s numerous variations

    Cheers Bryan, i’ve just listened back and she definitely says WMF, she even says it phonetically but it must be WMH.

    Rule no 2 : Ring customer back and ask for the 8 digit product code instead.
