Hoover WMH1480F/1-80 washing machine

Got a Hoover washing machine, WMH1480F/1-80 that the customer says keeps coming up with error codes E03 and E16. E16 apparently appears on the woolen cycle. Customer says machine is stopping at 31 mins everytime they try to run a cycle.

Have checked machine: it’s spinning, filling and draining fine. Runs through on a spin cycle and drain cycle. Pressure switch ok, all levels ok and it’s returning to the correct resting level.

Any ideas?

E03 check the pump for time out errors
E16 Megger the heater
