Hoover WMH148DF-80 Timing Fault

This Washing machine is only just over a year old but sometimes when you select the 60 degree wash it states 3:08 mins prog and sometimes 3:19 (obviously ive checked theres not options changed etc). Also when onb the 60 degree wash it can miss an hour or so from the cycle, (for example cust will go out the room with it saying 2:45 and return 10 mins later for it to say 1:30)
The elements fine, The ins resistance is fine, Any Ideas?

Not familiar with your model but I do know that Hoover selector switches are dead cheap, fail for fun and cause weird faults.

only the selectors integrated on the pcb on this model, so not so cheap! pcb’s are goin down more often than katie price, so its probably that
