hi i need some help for my hoover washer dryer HSW110M

Problem = occasionally when it fills for wash it flows water out down the drain, but no drain pump running but that is only occasionally

When filling for second rinse on any programme, it flows water down drain whilst filling thus never filling to right level and fills continously yet again no drain pump running

Any help appreciated

Syphoning………. If the end of the drain hose is pushed to the bottom of the stand pipe the water will run in after the wash cycle, and …. run straight back out again. The end of the drain pipe should be set at least 2″ higher than the highest water level used in the wash programme. If you’re not sure, make sure it’s above the half way lineof the drum.
