    Could anyone suggest how i undo hose clips on a diplomat as i need to remove and replace the pump? Do i need a special pair of pliers.Miranda

    Cut them off and replace with suitably sized jubilee hose clips

    Just to say thankyou for the tip. I managed to remove the motor only to find a piece of broken glass stopping the pump from working! Saved a fortune in call out charges and labour.Rgds Miranda
