Hi, my mum recently gave me her Hotpoint Futura WMFG741 washing machine. Unfortunately in the middle of moving , it slipped off my wheel trolley and hit the ground with a bang . When I first connected it , it completed a standard cycle fine but the next time I didn’t realise it had been stuck on a cycle for four hours! I then tried other cycles but just sticks on 1 minute and constantly fills and turns slightly . I then have to turn off and switch to pump and spin to get it empty. The only cycle that works is the 30 minute fast wash! I’m tempted just to scrap it now unless it can be easily and fairly cheaply fixed . Help if you can and its appreciated thank you.
