Hot water tap or plumbed in American fridge freezer

We are having a new kitchen installed in the next couple of weeks and will need to get an American fridge freezer for the kitchen. I was just wondering if we should go for a hot water /filtered cold water tap or purchase the fridge freezer (plumbed in). After reading the blogs on this site about manufacturers I’m considering this fridge freezer
Daewoo FRAX22D3S American Fridge Freezer.

If you were to say that the tap was a better purchase would you be able to recommend one.
Finally what kind of repair / maintenance costs would I be looking at for both e.g replacement filters etc

My next door neighbour has a kettle tap (Quooker) and tea made using it doesn’t taste so good.
