    Hi gents
    went to a HM315FF f/freezer system runs fine but the fan in freezer not working so defrosting near bottom how do you get to it though freezer or is it take out f/f of housing
    or could it be a sensor causing fan not to work any imfo please as shes a OAP in this weather on meds cheers alro
