Hotperloni stores staffed by idiots???

A couple of months ago I ordered a 1702495 drum & duct kit for a Hotpoint TDL31 dryer.
When the kit came I discovered as I was about to put the new duct onto the drum that the drum in the kit was in fact a 1700751 drum for a TL model dryer, the drum opening was much smaller. 👿

Today I have just received what should be another 1702495 drum & duct kit for another job, on opening the box I find the Hotpoint despatch note to my suppliers with 1702495 on it, however inside the box there is no duct kit and the drum is a 1702004 drum which is for a TDC60/62 model range 😈

What are these clowns playing at. 🙄 😥
