Hotpint E6005 Hob

Fitted new glass to this hob (touch sensor controls) tested when finished.
all sensors work except the + control dosent work but the minus does..customer not but I dont feel I have done anything wrong, as when fitting the glass it sits directly onto the sensors and dont believe they can be ajusted..
can anyone advise me please..Cheers john.

did you raise the glass back off again after to see if all the springs on the touch module were correctly in place?

No didnt see any visiable springs nothing became loose, just Changed over glass onto the sensors, could I have dislodged one without knowing.

thats all i can think of, the board is mounted on springs to get a good contact with glass, either that or the glass may not have fully seated onto the board? hth
