I Think you mean a CTD85, 31358 would be the comercial code

Thanks Don
Connect shows the drum support wheels as no longer available but shows a felt bearing kit instead….is this a modification or is this the end of the machine?

also forgot to ask if anyone has the part no. for the rear bearing retaining collar, the castlated affair that the locking pin slots through.

Hi, the front wheels were deleted because they made such a racket, the kit is 1703272 contains belt & the front pads for front duct, as for the rear part, not sure which bit you need but if the shaft has any wear then the kit 1701662 has all you’ll need, new shaft & screws, plus all the fixing bits/pin/collar/bearing

The shaft and bearing have little wear to them, but the rivetted bearing holder is loose on the back panel and it’s flanges that secure the bearing are bent allowing the bearing to drop a little causing the drum to drop slightly.
It strikes me that these small pop rivets aren’t man enough for the job…is there room to nut and bolt the bracket to the back panel without the bolt heads fouling the drum?

it would probably be very close to the back of the screws securing the shaft plate to the drum, the kit 1701662 comes with the bearing holder plus 2 new rivets, i dont think the holder is available on its own,

Connect have a lovely pic of 1701662 but it doesn’t show the bearing holder and rivets…have you ordered one of these before ?(don’t want to order it then have to order a complete back panel afterwards)
If it does come with the bearing holder then that’ll be job done 😉
