Hotpoint 3C32 (new) stop after a few minutes

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a Hotpoint HFO 3C32 dishwasher.

The surprise was yesterday when I mounted it and I tried to see if it works. I connected everything to be connected, I added salt and water according to the manual.

I tried to start a self cleaning program, select the program, start … pull the water, do something else there then drain the water and in 5 minutes (approximately) the message End appears on the display. It has absolutely no error code, nothing else… no lights on, nothing, neither when I select the program nor when that End appears. I want to mention that I tried all the programs and it does everything. Start, pull the water … then take it out and that End appears.

Did I do something wrong? Did anything else need to be done before first use? Do I have to go to something in the settings? I have no idea … if anyone knows what they can have.

I know there is a demo mode, how it’s working? can be stuck in demo mode, it can pull and drain water when it’s in demo?

i would select a quick wash or a rinse programme and see what happens

it should
pump
fill with water
start washing
heat but only if its a wash programme ( not on rinses)
then pump out

if it fails anything ask for them to send you a new one as i assume you have just got it

Just like that it s working.
Pump
fill with water
Rinses
water isn t heated
then pump out

Don t matter what program i select. Like that working on every program.
So can be stick in demo mode or test cycle..idk, anything like that?
No error code, no lid ..nothing.

I dont think it has a demo mode

If you have just had it delivered and Hotpoint want to send an engineer then i would ring the retailer first and get them to swop it as its faulty when delivered

They send me an engineer from Hotpoint in 2-3 days, should i return the product instead?

it’s brand new, i just bought it. never use it, i have that problem from first use.
I can t understand why isn t an error code or sound or lid..if is something wrong.

It seems like when i press play, the dishwashers do only rinse part…3-5minutes only. after drain all water and show End.. like program is done.

its faulty
stop playing with it and ring them to take it away and replace it
it is obviously not of merchant quality and without doubt not fit for the purpose
