Yes, unfortunately it’s time to replace it!
The insulation has failed underneath…these particular freezers are known for it…moisture within the insulation conducts the cold through the base creating condensation, which conducts the cold through the base creating more condensation etc etc.
There is no successful cure i’m afraid (it’s impossible to dry the insulation sufficiently and replacing the insulation is messy, impractical and doesn’t really work)
