Hello

The title says it all, it tumbles the clothes, warm air comes out of the vent but when the machine decides the load is complete sometimes it’s dry, sometimes it’s damp. The heater pack has already been replaced. Any ideas or tests that can be done on this basic unit ?

depends how it senses the load. sometimes on some dryers if there is not damp washing it the drum it misses the sensor
