    Hi
Had a call on this machine with the F5 error code showing.
I cleaned out the pump (sock in it) tried to put the machine on a fill cycle to test, but all it does is pump for a while then nothing. 🙁
Checked connections to module & pressure switch which seem ok
blew down pressure tube : Clear & tested valves
Can anyone point me in the right direction please ? could it be a module fault ?
I know these dont generally pump unless there is water in the machine.
would appreciate if anyone can help on this

Not sure if this might help.

    1. It is recommended that the appliance is not tilted > 45° to gain access to the underneath of the appliance if water is present in the drum as this may also effect the water level readings.
    2. If after any repair to the appliance the machine has been tilted >45° i.e. pump/sump hose inspection, pressure switch hose disconnection, or the pressure switch has been replaced the pressure switch must be re-set to zero level.
    3. To achieve a Zero level reading on the pressure switch manually drain all water from the appliance via the drain hose by lowering it into a suitable receptacle, disconnect and re-connect the pressure switch hose, this will allow the switch to zero calibrate.
    To test the appliance:
    Switch machine on.
Open door and fill the drum with approximately 1 Litre of water.
    Close door.
Set appliance to drain then start appliance, pump will then drain the water out ( Pressure switch & Module now re-calibrated to zero.
