Afternoon all, so this machine turns on, select the program and when you press start, the door locks clicks 4 or 5 times and the display tells me to close the door.
Sometimes the door is lock and sometimes it isn’t but you get the same message.
I have another of these machine here with fooked bearings so will assume everything else works. i’ve swapped out the door lock, still the same though.
Any thoughts?

That would normally be motor brush problem but no brushes in this machine check motor connections if ok then you are going to have to change the board but i would send her back to hotpoint

Thanks, that’s what i thought because i changed the motor today and still the same.
