    went to above machine last week cleared sump when not draining..tilted machine back to clear blockage and now even though it drains ok it wont fill and the door remains locked unless manually released.. did the reset procedure but made no difference. ive ordered a new pressure switch assuming its stuck on full..would tilting cause damage…thanks

    They do seem to be easily damaged but the last one I had I cut the cap off and adjusted down the plunger screw till it filled and then turned it back up. I know they tell you not to adjust them … just figured what can you loose if the alternatives replacing it with a new one anyway !

    last one i had ended up getting new board to sort it, apparantly theres a firmware update on the boards :nono:

    just an update for info..fitted new switch..didnt seem to work…but 30 minutes and 5 resets later it all started working ok..didnt fancy trying old switch again so left it on..

    I don’t know if THIS PROCEDURE applies to Aqualtis models….??

    yes it does.. that’s the procedure I did it didn’t work first time
