Hotpoint Aqualtis AQXXD 169 PM – blockage message

Machine gives a “blockage” message, there is some water left in the drum and the machine will not complete the cycle. I have checked the outlet hose and the pump pre-chamber but the problem has not improved. I can’t find any other filter to unblock/clean. Can you advise what to try please?

theres more than likeley someing stuck in the neck of the pipeleading from the drum to the pump

its not uncommon, and the pipe can be a pig to get off

plug out, and work safely if youre trying to get at it
