Hotpoint Aqualtis AQXXD169 – Filter Problem

Hi Guys, Just a quick question just in case someone has experienced this problem!

We had an F5 error message appear telling us that the machine is blocked. So we have tried to remove the filter, when we un-screwed it loads of water gushed out all over the floor because you cant actually fit anything underneath it to catch the water! Anyway the problem is we cant get the filter out of the machine to clean it? we have unscrewed it but it wont come out if the machine – any ideas gratefully received.

Sounds as if there’s something trapped in there jamming it then and you’ll likely need someone to take it all apart to release it. 😕

You’ll have to call Hotpoint Service methinks. 🙁

Hmmmm not good then is it, even when hubby pulls it really hard it wont budge!!
