Hotpoint aqualtis aqxxl129pi lights flashing

Hi I’m going to the above m/c in the morn and the prob is that there was a power cut in the middle of a wash and since power has come back it has not worked. When customer puts on a cycle door locks and water comes in and turns a couple of times and then all the lights flash.is there a diagnostic mode on this m/c?
