Never done one myself Richard but here is the procedure.
1. Remove the top cover.
2. Remove the outer wire clamp, attaching the door seal to the cabinet.
3. Release the door seal from the cabinet front and disconnect the plug connector to the lamp in the
door seal.
4. Remove the door seal from the tank front. The seal is fixed to the tank front by a sprung ring.
jim, easy job. top off reveals spring clamp and plug connector. spring removed from cabinet front. old seal off. on refittting there is a “pocket” which slips over a diamond shaped piece of plastic at about 11o’clock. fit this and the new seal is located correctly. refitting the plug connector is easier when a drop of washing up liquid is applied to the rubber. 15mins and includes a coffee, job done
I did one of these last week it is easy to do pulled machine out and tipped it back so as to give a little more room to work.
Also I found that the seal I got from connection had a large hole at the top as thought it was where a hose should go ( ie: jet wash) as the one on the machine did not have it. Got Connection to check part number and was advised that was the only part number C00254217 So I just found something to blank it of.
