Hotpoint Aquarius blew the fuse during rinse cycle – help!

Hi,

Our Hotpoint Aquarius DWF40 shut down the electrics during its rinse cycle last night. Subsequent attempts to get things going again caused the same thing to happen, or the fuse to blow. Red light comes on for about quarter sec and then off go the electrics. Dishwasher is 2 years old and is used 1 every other day.

There are so many different possible causes of this fault, your machine needs attention from someone with the correct electrical test equipment and specific product knowledge. The best advice I can give ATM is to have a look here. Repairs@
