hiya, just wondering if i could get a little help please.

i have only had this condenser dryer for a day and already i am getting trouble with it. i have done 1 load of washing so far and it was fine. when i put the second load in, in about 10mins it starts sounding like the motor is scraping on the back metal panel.what could i do about this????

also… it is leaking from the bottom of the condenser unit at the back…
there has been no water going into the tray that i am supposed to empty after each use.why is the water not coming into the tray?????
the manual i have hasnt said anything i should have done before using the dryer and i am wondering wether i should have done?

i am very grateful for any help

I would switch it off and phone the retailer first thing in the morning (I’m assuming it’s new). There is certainly something wrong there so it would be best not using it to be honest.

The scratches could be signs of rough handling, this may have distorted the cabinet which could be the cause of the scraping noise.
