    Hi there,

Having an issue with my D/W, she won’t empty after a cycle… I’ve been emptying it by hand trying to establish the issue, normally about 12-14 cups of water (normally a bit soapy/greasy) then running it, sometimes there isn’t as much water left, but most of the time it’s pretty full, well, as above… had a go with a plunger hoping I may dislodge a bit of a blockage but fear I may have to take it apart… It all functions normally otherwise, no warning lights ore error codes that I can see.

Any adivce on this would be a great help 😀

Remove the drain filters and unscrew the pump cover (star shaped Torx headed screw). Check the pump Impellor is not restricted by broken glass, debris etc. If the drain outlet is coupled to the sink outlet then remove and check it is not blocked there. Alongside the pump Impellor is a rubber or synthetic flap valve outlet that can be removed and cleaned. With that valve temporarily removed you could try blowing down the waste pipe to see if all is clear right back to the dishwasher.
