The eco45 and prewash lights are flashing which is the 3rd and 5th light if you do not count the rinse aid light. Please help.

Blocked filters.
You may get away with a good clean of every thing you can in the base. Then try and run a dishwasher cleaner through it on the hottest wash programme.
Caused by using the machine as a waste disposal until instead of a dishwasher, dishes must be rinsed before loading into the machine.
Can also be pressure sensor, pressure switch or main circulation pump failure.
