    Hi
I am in need of advice, buying spare parts for (Hotpoint Aquarius) these numbers taken from behind the washer door, 56870 905200094 Model N0: WDL540P washer/dryer 7kg drum, the machine is a 1980-1990s model and the tub is a split version with 16 torx type screws holding the two sections of the tub together, so that the spider and bearings may be replaced.

I have been in store you have a drum spider part no SKU:C00117329
Also spider bolts, part no. QUAKIT07

Would these be the correct part numbers to fit this model.
Could you also advise on what would be tub seal part number for this model

That one can have either the 30 or 35mm bearing kit in it and they swapped them about, at times seemingly at random. 😕

If you can measure the diameter of the rear bearing we should be able to confirm the correct bits with that for you.

    Re: HOTPOINT AQUARIUS spare parts

I did post this in the wrong forum and lost my login, so I have started again.

I have a WF 320 standard Aquarius washer. I suspect I have a pcb problem as the diagnostic lights that are currently flashing indicate a fault I can’t have. The lights are flashing, top down, 1,2,3,4 with horizontal 5, saying I have an error, obviously and on/off flashing. They indicate a dryer fault but it doesn’t have a dryer 🙂 or I have mislaid it somewhere. It is an excellent machine and is still in very good condition, so I am loathe to buy a new one, for a simple repair, I hate our wasteful society. I lack all my technical kit and sparky tools these days, so a simple answer with minimal tools will be appreciated.
    Many thanks
    Steve

Since posting this I have removed the PCB and it appears that c17 capacitor may have or is in the process of blowing and upon inspection the reverse of the PCB has burnt around the area of the C4 capacitor, even closer inspection (with a magnifying glass, poor eyesight) shows d10 and r9 have also blown. New board required? Can you please let me know the price to replace it as I said the machine itself is in very good condition. Can you also give me a price for the bottom front panel, as when I removed it to check the filter, the plastic lugs fell apart.

New board is around £110, but you will need a £20 smart card and a £128 card reader to program the board.

When tracks blow then 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time a fault elsewhere has caused it. Motor, doorlock, drain pump are all common candidates.

You could send the board to EMW electronics who will repair the board and may give you an indication of what caused it to fail.

As far as the kick strip is concerned you would need to give us the full model number/commercial code/serial number as there are several variants.
