Pump is at the back, in the small grey plastic housing.

It is important to clean the filter in the door after each use and the large metal condensor every week or so, flushing through with a hosepipe is the best way to clean this.
The pumps are prone to failure, the impellor often falls off. 😥
The pump housing is a rather daft design and it is very difficult to remove it without breaking at least one of the plastic lugs that slot through the back. you just have to use a flat bladed screwdriver and fiddle them out as best you can.
The whole pump and float assembly will then lift clear. If the float chamber fills and is not pumped away then it will switch the heater off.

thanks for the help the problem was the drain pump. easy enough to fit only catch is trying to remove the cover that hides the pump and water chamber. clips that hold it in to place are very tight to open .
