hotpoint aquarius tcm 580 blows cold??

hi, I’ve had this drier for about 4-5 years and its suddenly started just blowing cold, I’ve tried cleaning out the usual filters and bits. but still not had any results.

please help

You will need suitable electrical test equipment to check the thermostats at the rear, be sure to remove the mains plug before doing this.

Often caused by failing to keep the condenser clean .

Does this model have any reset switches or suffer any other non specialised electric faults. ? I’m happy to tinker, as got nothing to loose at present

No and no, and ‘tinkering’ when you are not sure what you are doing could cause you to lose something you would rather you didn’t . 😉
