Hotpoint Aquarius WD420

Could someone please tell me if i need to call Hotpoint, or is there any thing i can do myself to mend my machine? I have an f09, and sometimes an f12 problem showing!

f09 is an incompatible eprom fault

so its gonna need a pcb and an eprom!!!

5yr guarantee time me thinks!!!

i rather burn the bloody thing than give thoes tossers any more of my dosh. I`ve only had it for a year and 2weeks, and when you consider i had 7 weeks holiday last year and i live on my own so it`s only doing 1 wash a week, it`s simply not good enough.
i shall make it my life`s work to rubbish Hotpoint on this product on every review site i can find, like i said, TOSSERS!
