,i have problem with hotpoint aquarius wd420 i accidentally overloaded mChine with big blanket ,didnt start wash as i think sensor triggered and woukd let me ,was advised to switch off overnight ,that worked but it has gone again but this time switched off overnight ? When i switch on the on/off flickers once then stays off and wont work

No sensor for overloading I’m afraid.

Likely cause a faulty wiring connection or wiring burnt out at mains filter, possibly even a faulty mains plug or pcb failure.
