hotpoint aquarius wdal 8640

I have a hotpoint aquarius wdal 8640 washer dryer. I put it on a 12 cycle which is a cotton drying cycle, however instead of drying out filed up with water. I let the cycle finish in the hope with would drain but it didn’t and instead just showed the ‘end’ and ‘lock’ lights glowing continuously. I then put it on a spin and pump cycle but again it started filling up with water then hummed loudly. I paused it not knowing what to do then later pressed play and it started draining. Finally I thought I was having some luck but it hasn’t drained fully. The dry light and the lock light are on continuously and now all the bottom five lights are flashing. What do I do?

Have you checked or cleaned out the drain pump filter?

From bottom to top by number, which of the lower five right hand, VERTICAL lights are on steady?
