    Hi

    My washing machine spins for about 10-15 mins then stops with the door locked illuminated and the dry light (1 and 3)

    I have emptied it once and checked for blockages front the bottom front but it was fine.

    Anybody know what the error code means?

    That error code does suggest it is not emptying correctly. Could be something jammed in the pump impellor, blockages in undersink hoses etc.

    Remove the pump filter and shine a torch inside to see if anything such as a bra wire or hairgrip is stuck under the pump impellor.

    As I replaced the u-bend under the sink the part with the waste hose goes into had a stopper which jammed into the waste hose. (Blonde moment) Removed that and it looks like it working now.
