    hi everyone, have a problem with my hotpoint aquarius wf620. we mostly use cycle f to wash but lately the machine used to stop with a minute to go and would remain locked. we used to get around this problem by turning the machine off ,then back on and using a spin cycle to drain the remaining water. the problem now is it that this solution is,nt working anymore and the machine is now stuck on 1 minute and i cant get the machine open. once again any help much appreciated

    There shouldn’t be any remaining water.

    If the machine hasn’t emptied, the door won’t unlock. You need to clear the filter in the bottom hose of the machine. Access through the lower rear cover – power off first.

    sorry i,m late posting this but i did as you suggested penguin and everything is fine now. thanks for your help
