Hotpoint Aquarius WMA34 slow spin only

Hi, had call about Hotpoint Aquarius WMA34 with only a slow spin everything else is fine, no flashing lights just wont go into the fast spin, do you think it’s poss the taco or a blown transistor on the bord. Fankoo.

Have you tried the ‘Last Error detected’ routine listed in the error codes thread?
If you have not actually been out to the machine it could just be OOB but that would also show up using that test routine.

You know what customers are like. They interpret faults to how they think fit. you may find its just not draining properly thus not spinning as effectively as it used to.
