    The door lock wont release, so I am assuming it is the lock and not the pecker in handle. I have read your tutorial, but the screws are concealed How do we undo them? I think the part is C00254755

    they are not screws

    you push the plastic dots in while holding the lock. it slides to the left a bit then the right hand side is able to slip out

    Thanks Dave. Do you think it’s the lock that’s faulty? Not the Handle?

    Faulty door lock can cause this but so can pcb faults, cheaper to try the door lock first, replacement door lock may well be the earlier type so you will need two small screws. 😉
