Hotpoint Aquarius WML760 – stops during cycle

My machine runs fine up to the point where fabric conditioner should be added to the cycle. At this point it stops and all the lights running horizontally on the front panel flash Amber continuously. I can only stop this by switching it off and resetting at the plug socket but the same thing happens again. I can’t get past this point in the cycle.

When all of the horizontal lights flash you need to make a note of which of the right hand vertical lights are on steady. These lights give the error code, the bottom five vertical lights including the door locked light are used and are numbered from 1 to five from the bottom up counting the door lock as No: 1.
