It would help if you gave us the left hand flashing lights by number from the top down.
You could also check your outlet pipe, if it is too low or has dropped over at the back of the machine the water will not fill into the drum but drain away all the time, have you moved the machine recently?
It could also be syphoning which is again due to an outlet plumbing fault.

Top two lights is F12, supposed to signify a communications error. It means that the two PCB’s are not on speaking terms.
It could just be a loose contact on either of the boards caused by moving the machine or a fault on the main control PCB itself.
When you say it pumps when its switched off, do you mean the water still drains out, or that you can actually hear the pump running?
Don’t forget you are covered for parts for five years from date of purchase, you only have to pay the labour.
The PCB’s are quite expensive if required.

Bloody hell, I didn’t think you had moved it that far, 😆
Some of the lads that post in the Australasian forum may be able to advise you about spares availabilty down under etc.
It does sound as though the PCB has failed, they are Indesit electronics after all, sadly known to be unreliable . 😥
