ParticipantHi There!
Looking for some help to fix my washing machine.
I have a Hotpoint, Aquirious and its about a year old.The machine will start up on a cycle, the red lights come on but the drum doesn’t spin.
Then the lights start to flash.water is flowing through the machine, but the problem seems to be with the drum (Not spinning).
Can some one instruct me on fixing this problem?
Thank you

Then the lights start to flashThe lights down the left hand side, which ones are flashing? (i.e. Counting from the top red LED being no1 etc) 😉

The on/off light on the right hand side is flashing and two lights of the four or five on the left hand side also.
Would this be a warning that there is a problem with the drum.Possibly the bushes are warn?
Thanks

Fault F03 or NTC fault. The NTC is the water temp sensor, it could be faulty or it may be loose wiring connections or even failure of the main PCB.

I would not be purchasing anything until the exact fault has been determined. The error codes are only a guide as to the possible cause of the fault. The NTC is situated within the heating element itself. However should the fault turn out to be the main control PCB you would be advised to leave well alone and take advantage of the five year parts guarantee that you have.
