ParticipantOn a wash cycle the m/c fills with water and then drains with all 5 lower led’s flashing rapidly. On a rinse cycle it fills, the drum starts to rotate but then same thing happens. On spin cycle drum rotates (distribution speed) but then as above. This happens on all progs after approx. 90 seconds. With all lights (5) flashing pump runs continuously and m/c will not cancel. It has to be unplugged to switch off. Any ideas would be very welcome. Ken.

From your IP I am guessing you are in France, also the EU at the end of the model number suggests a non UK machine.
Sadly that model number does not relate to any of the technical information we have for UK sold machines. One of the more recent types of error code displays does flash a full row of lights along top or bottom but the error codes on these is shown by a combination of the right hand vertical lights staying on and not flashing.

Thanks for your reply and yes there are some vertical lights on, there are six lights on the panel. From top to bottom the lights on are 3,4 and six as well as the 5 continuous flashing along the bottom. Does this match any of the UK made machine’s error codes ? Any ideas ? Cheers, Ken

On this model type the error codes are given by the BOTTOM five vertical lights counting UP from the bottom, lowest light is light 1 for error codes.

F13, fault on dryer side, even when not in use it will self test. The dryer ntc is a known weak point but it can also be broken wires to ntc, blocked dryer duct, failed dryer fan etc.
