    Hi,

    Not been to machine yet but customer complains of being unable to select new program (stays on prog 3) She turns the selector and it appears that it is selecting new program but goes back to prog 3 when start pressed.

    Machine 2.5 years old.

    Is there a reset procedure.

    That was my first thought but that wouldn’t explain why the programme appears to change and then revert back. No reset as such apart from unplugging or reprogramming, think customer could be mistaken.
