Bought new in Jan 2004. Dec 2004, program selector gave up the ghost, and after 3 Hotpoint Engineers visits, they suggested the program selector was faulty and eventually replaced it, with the warning “don’t press too hard on the button – it’s not designed for that !!” Now after total 24 months its packed up again, and Hotpoint don’t want to know.Looks to me like the programmer again – where can I get one?
