slyp check the user manual, theres normally at least 3 spare model nos supplied with these ovens, i always stick on on the manual front/iside cover when we install one, and an additional one to the rear if spare. also see if cust still has the guarantee card as some came with teh labels pre-stuck to them too. hp usually have a large 2×3″ label on rear of there cookers too, with wattage and voltage specs, good chance on this too ??? if your really stuck take a pic on your phone of the fascia panel as iirc they changed the knobs, and timer, bd32 had solid knobs, 5/6 button timer, bd32mk1 had push knobs and 5/6 buttom timer and mk2 had 3 button clock and push knobs

cheers gandh1, how do you mean push knob is this with the spring between the grip and the dial ? this model has 3 knobs, they can be removed by pulling them off the switches one piece construction with spring circlip around shaft of knob it has 6 push button timer/clock also . it sounds like its a bd32p mk 1 i’m afraid the guarantee and user manual are long gone . are diagrams available for the mk1 ? or do i still need a pnc cheers
